Designed and built from the ground up by the owner-architect, The Butterfly Home is a 4,107 sq ft modern Hawaiiana masterpiece with sweeping ocean views, a chef's kitchen crowned with lava rock columns, an infinity pool, and a private spa.
Pool & Spa Hours: Please enjoy the pool any time, day or night. We ask that guests be mindful of neighbors after 10 PM. The spa heater can be adjusted via the control panel on the spa — press the Spa button, allow 30 seconds to go by, and it will begin to heat up. To confirm it's heating, you can also check the exhaust vent on the north side of the pool pavilion near the outdoor shower.
No smoking anywhere on the property, including the lanai and pool area.
No shoes inside the home — shoe rack is at the entrance. Mahalo!
Pets: No pets permitted on the property.
Quiet hours from 10 PM – 8 AM out of respect for our Maui Meadows community.
Max occupancy is 10 guests. No events or gatherings beyond registered guests without prior approval.
Trash & recycling is collected Tuesday and Friday mornings. Bins are located in the carport.
